or medals or coins or decorations HDRAUCH ONLINE is the SHOP
you are looking for. You cannot only purchase stamps, medals, coins
and decorations in our online shop but also buy at our auctions.
Besides that, you can also get the accessoires you need for collecting
as well as the appropriate literature.

How do I order coins, stamps, medals, decorations and accessoires?
The icon SHOP
takes you to our product groups and fields of collecting. You start
your SEARCH. As soon as you have found something that interests
you, click on SHOPPING BASKET. This item then goes in the imaginary
shopping basket which accompanies you on your shopping trip. As
soon as you have finished or want to know how much you have bought
click TOTAL and the order sheet appears.
Now
you can check your shopping. Items you have in the shopping basket
by mistake or which you don't want to take because you have overspent,
you can cancel by clicking on the article number then on UPDATE.
If you would like to return to the shop for alternatives, click
on SHOP again. A click on TOTAL brings you back to the corrected
order form. Having checked your goods and if you are already a client
of HDRAUCH ONLINE, please enter your name and password on the order
sheet as well as your means of payment and send it to us. Within
24 hours of receiving your order we will send you the invoice and
products you have chosen. If you are a new client, please fill out
the dates on the order form. The total sum shown on the order form
excludes shipping charges and VAT which clients within the European
Market have to pay. If you would like to know the total sum of the
invoice, click on the INVOICE icon. 

Who guarantees the authenticity of coins, medals decoration and
stamps?
The
description is made by experts and the H.D.Rauch GmbH guarantees
the authenticity. Should occur against our better knowledge that
an item is a forgery, the payment will be returned to the client,
but the client cannot ask for compensation. If after several years,
later research shows that an item is a forgery, H.D. Rauch GmbH
cannot be made responsible for compensation. In case of doubt, coins
will be sent to the IBSCC (International Bureau for the Suppression
of Counterfeit Coins.); stamps to the appropriate expert listed
in the MICHEL catalogue.

Is
every client obliged to pay VAT (Value Added Tax)?
If one has to pay VAT or not depends upon his residence. Clients
living within the European market pay for all products which have
no margin tax a VAT. For gold and silver coins and medals the VAT
is 10 % (for clients in Germany 7 %) for coins in other metals,
for stamps and decorations the VAT is 20 %. Excluded are legal tender,
for which you have not to pay VAT. Clients who are not members of
the EU pay no VAT but they have to watch the customs regulations
of their country. 

What
is meant by marginal tax?
The final price includes 20 % of VAT, calculated on the margin between
the buying and selling prices. This tax cannot be itemised separately
on the invoice and also cannot be shown as an advance tax. Since
Austria ha no reduced tax rate for base metal coins, decorations
and stamps, we use the method of marginal tax for the mentioned
products.

How
safe is it to pay by credit card?
To make payments by credit card safe for our clients, we use the
SSL system (Secure Socket Layer). For further information see INFODESK/Credit
cards. You can also choose other ways to make payments, such a banker's
cheque, money transfer, etc. (please see the order sheet).

How
quickly do I get the goods?
Shipment will be made upon receipt of payment. Should the client
not receive our goods within 10 days, please phone, mail or fax
so that we can make postal investigations. All shipments are insured
by us. 

What
happens if a client has a claim?
Should for any reason the product purchased not be conform to the
description made by our experts, or should the quality of the goods
not be as described, the client has the right to return this item
within five days of receipt of the goods, telling us the reason
for his claim. The client may request the return of his money or
leave it as credit for new purchases. If the client is at fault
and we are prepared for the client to return the item, he will get
a credit note. For return shipment of very precious material, the
client is obliged to tell us the shipping date beforehand so that
the shipment can be insured.
