TAt public floor auctions the auctioneer has the right to set, if necessary, individual bidding increments. On the floor a bidder may request the auctioneer to accept a bid at half of the bidding step (Cut bid); this can be done only once per lot and this bidder has to resign for further bidding on this lot

The Purchase of a Lot once the hammer price has fallen cannot be cancelled.

 At the electronic auctions ("e-auction") the bidding steps have to be orbserved. If the written prebids do not stick to the increments set the computer will automatically raise the bid to the next bidding step.

For the electronic auctions we cannot accept neither Weither/or" bids nor the limitation of teh purchasing sum. Life bidding by telephone is also not possible due to technical reasons.
