SHIPPING

Shipping is carried out in accordance with the postal regulations of the respective countries and the requirements of the transport insurance. Customer shipping instructions will gladly be followed, provided they do not contradict postal and insurance regulations. Auction shipping information (registered mail number or tracking number) can be found in myHDRauch.

Austria:

The auction material will be shipped by an insured registered letter or parcel. Minimum charges according to the current fees are € 8 - 10,--

Countries within the Common Market:

The auction material will be shipped by registered insured letter or FEDEX. According to the current fees the minimum costs are € 15 - 20,--. If the value of the shipment is higher than € 5.000,- we are obliged to ship the goods by  FEDEX (priority or economy). The costs vary greatly from country to country. 

Non European countries and overseas:

The goods are shipped by registered letter or FEDEX. The minimum charges: € 20 up to 30,- Euros. If the value of the shipment is higher than € 5.000,-- we are obliged to ship the goods by a special service (FEDEX) otherwise goods will not be insured. The clients are responsible to follow customs regulations of their countries. If the goods will be collected from our office and not exported then the client has to pay the VAT or ask for official export papers which have to be documented at  the customs when leaving the Common market.
