The customer agrees that the personal data they provide and the data of their order in the online shop will be processed automatically for marketing and customer service purposes by HDRauch GmbH and Austrophil Rauch & Co KG, as follows:

We use the data provided by customers to fulfill and process their participation in auctions and orders. Data is shared with the shipping company commissioned with delivery (e.g., FedEx) to the extent necessary for the delivery of the goods. For payment processing, we may share payment data with our bank and Wirecard for cashless payment processing. Data will not be shared with other third parties or used for advertising purposes unless you have expressly consented and the transfer is necessary for processing orders or other services you wish to use. Upon complete fulfillment of the contract and full payment of the purchase price, the data will be blocked from further use (or deleted after the statutory retention periods under tax and commercial law have expired).
